I always choose family owned and local businesses if I can, and this one was a great choice. The fence is beautiful, sturdy, and well constructed,and I have had many compliments on it. But the people who made it happen are also exceptional. I got a very professional estimate with 3 choices of good, better, best. They are friendly and professional and have fantastic communication via text and emails throughout the process. They all wore company hats and shirts on site, which I found very professional. We had the best experience with Ozark Fence. They installed a beautiful residential fence with 6' cedar planks, stained in the color Pecan, with hidden metal posts. Ozark Fence uses the highest quality materials and workmanship for an excellent value. Their online estimator gave me exactly what I wanted to know. Their response to my submission was prompt and professional. Telephone appointment was professional and useful. Final walkthrough prior to construction was effective and helped us make sure all details were addressed up front. Scott and his crew were exceptional during the construction project! Nice guys, and they were very professional and efficient. Those boys can put up a lot of fence in short order!! Looks perfect, and it's just what I wanted. The crew was great and listened to all my needs, wants, and concerns, and w/ 4 large escape prone dogs that was hugely important ... Top quality fence and customer service! Joe came out and measured our fence and spoke with me about what we wanted. We decided to go with Ozark Fence because I was told they will build it right. The steel post gates are amazing. I had them build us three gates, one on each side of the house and one in the back fence for me to drive through. They tore out the fence and had the posts done in one day, and then two guys built the entire fence in one day. They stayed here until it was completed. I went out and told them how great of a job they did. I just couldn't believe they could build the entire fence in a day. I also got to meet the ladies in the office when making my final payment. Everyone was amazing to work with. Thanks for a great fence!
